This 200GSM PCM temperature-regulating interlock fabric is developed with PCM derived from natural palm fruit, offering a safe, low-irritation and skin-friendly solution with antibacterial benefits. With a 6J enthalpy value, the fabric provides strong temperature-regulating performance to help maintain the body’s most comfortable surface temperature at around 28-32°C / 30±2°C, making sleep and close-to-skin wear more stable and comfortable. In summer, it delivers an instant cool-touch sensation while providing continuous cooling comfort. In winter, the PCM can actively store and release heat, helping keep the body warmer and more comfortable. The interlock structure gives the fabric a stable, soft and smooth handfeel, making it suitable for sleepwear, loungewear, base layers, babywear and close-to-skin comfort garments.
60% Cotton / 40% Rayon and 40S yarn define the handle and coverage of this 200 gsm Interlock. For style HLC-FUNCF01, waterless Dyeing supports the requirements of sleepwear, loungewear, base layers, babywear and close-to-skin comfort garments.
MOQ / MCQ is 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
HLC-FUNCF01 uses 40S yarn to build a 200 gsm 60% Cotton / 40% Rayon Interlock, completed with waterless Dyeing for the listed applications.
