This 160GSM bird eye mesh fabric is made with 37.5® temperature-regulating technology from the USA. 37.5® active particles are permanently embedded in the yarn, helping attract and remove moisture vapor before it turns into liquid sweat, so the body can stay drier and more comfortable for longer. The bird eye mesh structure adds extra breathability and quick ventilation, making it ideal for activewear, sports tops, base layers and performance uniforms. 37.5® technology works with the body’s own energy to help cool when it is hot and support warmth when it is cold, keeping the wearer in a more balanced comfort zone. The technology is durable and does not wash out, while also helping reduce odor by trapping odor molecules and releasing them in the wash.
At 160 gsm, this 100% Polyester Bird Eye Mesh balances the structure of 75D 37.5® + 75D yarn with piece Dyed. The resulting style HLC-BVJ013 is intended for activewear, sports tops, base layers and performance uniforms.
Orders are planned from 1000 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
