This 37.5® nylon merino wool mesh combines the natural performance of merino wool with the durability of nylon and advanced 37.5® temperature-regulating technology. Merino wool provides natural temperature regulation, moisture management and odor resistance, while nylon adds strength, abrasion resistance and better shape stability. 37.5® active particles help remove moisture vapor before it turns into liquid sweat, keeping the wearer drier and more comfortable during activity. The technology works with the body’s energy to help cool when hot and support warmth when cold, while also helping reduce odor by trapping odor molecules and releasing them in the wash. The mesh structure enhances airflow and breathability, making the fabric lightweight, quick-ventilating and ideal for performance base layers, hiking tops, running apparel, cycling wear and outdoor activewear.
Built around 40S+40D yarn, style HLC-W009 combines 75% Merino Wool (17.5 μm) / 25% 37.5® Nylon in a 150 gsm mesh. Piece dyeing is specified to tune its surface and performance for performance base layers, hiking tops, running apparel, cycling wear and outdoor activewear.
The sourcing programme starts from 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
