This TENCEL™ Merino jersey combines the silky softness of TENCEL™ Lyocell with the natural performance of merino wool for premium close-to-skin comfort. Made with Lenzing A100 ultra-fine fibre, it delivers the smooth touch, breathability and moisture management benefits of TENCEL™, while helping reduce the fibrillation issue commonly associated with regular lyocell. Merino wool adds natural temperature regulation, odor resistance and soft warmth, creating a balanced fabric that feels smooth, breathable and comfortable across different conditions. The jersey structure keeps the fabric lightweight, flexible and easy to wear. Suitable for base layers, travel tops, hiking shirts, sleepwear, loungewear and premium everyday comfort garments.
Style HLC-W005 is a 125 gsm Single jersey engineered from 60% TENCEL™ A100 / 40% Merino Wool (18.9 μm) with 45S yarn. Its piece dyeing route is selected for base layers, travel tops, hiking shirts, sleepwear, loungewear and premium everyday comfort garments.
For purchasing, the working minimum is 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
