This 37.5® mercerized cotton shirting fabric combines the refined look of mercerized cotton with advanced temperature-regulating performance from 37.5® technology. Mercerized cotton gives the fabric a clean surface, smooth handfeel, enhanced luster and better color brightness, creating a polished appearance suitable for premium shirts. 37.5® active particles help remove moisture vapor before it turns into liquid sweat, keeping the wearer drier and more comfortable throughout the day. The technology works with the body’s energy to help cool when it is hot and support warmth when it is cold, while also helping reduce odor for long-lasting freshness. Suitable for premium business shirts, smart casual shirts, travel shirts, uniforms and everyday performance shirting.
Built around 100D 37.5® + 40S yarn, style HLC-BVJ016 combines 51% 37.5® Polyester / 49% Cotton in a 150 gsm Pique. Mercerized is specified to tune its surface and performance for premium business shirts, smart casual shirts, travel shirts, uniforms and everyday performance shirting.
The sourcing programme starts from 1000 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
