This sand-washed EcoCosy® polyester spandex scuba combines EcoCosy® softness with polyester stability and comfortable stretch. EcoCosy® viscose brings a smooth, breathable and skin-friendly handfeel with natural drape, while polyester improves durability, shape retention and easy-care performance. Spandex adds flexible stretch and recovery for better comfort and movement. The scuba structure gives the fabric a smooth, slightly cushioned body with clean shape retention, making it ideal for modern loungewear, hoodies, joggers, travel sets and elevated everyday comfort garments. Sand washing creates a soft peach-touch surface and relaxed matte look, giving the fabric a premium, cozy feel compared with regular scuba.
At 250 gsm, this 47% EcoCosy® Viscose / 47% Polyester / 6% Spandex scuba balances the structure of 50s+50d+20d yarn with sand wash. The resulting style HLC-SW007 is intended for modern loungewear, hoodies, joggers, travel sets and elevated everyday comfort garments.
Orders are planned from 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
