This premium bamboo knit fabric is crafted from 95% Tanboocel® bamboo viscose supplied by TANBOOCEL UNION and 5% spandex, combining exceptional softness with comfortable four-way stretch. Naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, it helps keep the skin cool, dry, and comfortable while offering a buttery-soft, smooth hand feel ideal for next-to-skin applications. A waterless dyeing process helps minimize fiber friction during processing, creating a cleaner, smoother surface with a silky touch. The added spandex provides excellent stretch and recovery, allowing the fabric to move comfortably with the body. Certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, this fabric is an excellent choice for baby sleepwear, bodysuits, swaddles, loungewear, and other premium comfort-focused apparel.
Built around 32S + 30D yarn, style HLC-BVJ001 combines 95% bamboo viscose / 5% spandex in a 210 gsm Single jersey. Waterless dyeing is specified to tune its surface and performance for footie, pajamas, Babywear, underwear, sleepwear and loungewear.
The sourcing programme starts from 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
