This 50S Sorona® thermal-shielding fabric is designed for summer comfort, using hollow-structure Sorona® fibres to help block external heat and reduce heat build-up on the body. With a thermal shielding rate of over 40%, the fabric helps keep the wearer cooler under hot conditions while maintaining a soft, lightweight and breathable handfeel. The cotton / polyester / spandex blend gives the fabric a balanced performance: cotton adds natural comfort and softness, polyester improves durability and quick-dry performance, and spandex provides flexible stretch and recovery. Sorona® further enhances lightweight resilience, softness and shape retention, creating a comfortable summer fabric for T-shirts, casual tops, activewear and travel wear.
Built around 50S+75D+20D yarn, style HLC-BVJ022 combines 68%BCI COTTON / 27%SORONA / 5%SPANDEX in a 200 gsm jersey. Piece Dyed is specified to tune its surface and performance for summer comfort, using hollow-structure Sorona® fibres to help block external heat and reduce heat build-up on the body.
