This 180 gsm 100% BCI cotton jersey uses 50S/2 double-ply yarn for a stable, compact and refined fabric body. Liquid-ammonia finishing creates a smoother surface, better shrinkage control and improved wash appearance while retaining a soft, comfortable touch. Compared with single-yarn jersey, the double-ply construction delivers cleaner texture and stronger structure for premium T-shirts, lightweight sweatshirts, loungewear and sleepwear.
At 180 gsm, this 100% BCI Cotton Jersey balances the structure of 50S/2 yarn with liquid ammonia. The resulting style HLC-LAC007 is intended for Premium polo shirts, T-shirts, underwear, kidswear, loungewear and sleepwear.
Orders are planned from 300 kg / 300 kg per colour. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 days, and bulk production takes 30–40 days.
