This 40S mercerized BCI cotton interlock is made with responsible BCI cotton for a clean, smooth and comfortable handfeel. The mercerization process enhances fabric luster, color brightness and surface cleanliness, giving the fabric a more polished and premium appearance. The 40S yarn gives the fabric a slightly fuller and more stable body compared with finer counts, while the interlock structure provides soft double-knit comfort, good shape retention and a smooth surface on both sides. It is suitable for premium T-shirts, casual tops, loungewear, sleepwear, kidswear and refined everyday essentials.
